SHIPPING POLICY

Orders that need to be painted should leave our facility within 5-10 days from the date of purchase, usually, depending on our current demand, volume and item ordered. The majority of other orders on our website are shipped within one or two business days.

 

Shipping estimate for non-painted parts: 5-10 business days
Shipping estimate for painted parts: 10-15 business days

 

Charges for shipping and handling will be added to all orders unless there is a special agreement between the two parties. We use UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other freight couriers as our shipping providers.

 

You can make an arrangement for express service by paying additional painting and shipping fees. Request more information on the status of your order or questions related to shipping on our order status and shipping page.

 

We also offer local pickup at our Chicagoland facility located on 2525 United Lane, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007. We'll notify you as soon as the product is ready for pickup, so you can save time waiting on shipping & delivery. Please note that there may be a handling and storage charge for pick-up.

 

Local pickup for non-painted parts: 2-4 business days
Local pickup for painted parts: 5-10 business days
(Please note special order parts could take a few days extra)

 

SHIPPING DAMAGES:

For items that are shipped via freight, customers must note upon delivery receipt any damages they see on the packaging or the part itself.

 

For freight couriers - If there are obvious signs of damage, please refuse the shipment. DO NOT sign the sipping slip provided by the driver and contact us immediately to file an insurance claim. If you have signed the free & clear waiver without any notations of damages to the packaging or parts upon receiving the shipment, your claim will not be approved.

 

For other couriers (USPS, FedEx and UPS) - Damage parts must be reported within two (2) business days of delivery. Late reports may lead to claim denial. Please inspect your parts immediately upon receipt.

Many customers are concerned about the potential for damage when ordering large, oddly shaped vehicle parts online. While it's common among our competitors to bend parts like bumpers for easier shipping, which often results in damage, we avoid such practices. Our parts are shipped unfolded in full-size boxes, ensuring they arrive in pristine condition, protecting your investment and satisfaction.
